Our Founder

Atty. Adrian S. Bustos is the Founder and Managing Director of our consultancy firm specializing in services listed above. In addition to leading our firm, Atty. Bustos holds multiple key roles across various industries including:

• Senior Legal Advisor to an investment and transaction advisory firm for infrastructure projects.

• Special Counsel at a full-service law firm in Ortigas, handling corporate, taxation, estate, securities, and technology-related matters.

• Course Director and Lecturer at the Center for Global Best Practices, delivering expertise in taxation, securities, and Bitcoin.

• Director for Legal at an IT company specializing in broadcast and telecommunications.

• Finance Head of a manpower company with nationwide operations.

• Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines.

• Corporate Secretary and Board of Trustees Member of the Philippine Quality Awards Foundation, established by Republic Act 9013, which recognizes exemplary organizational performance in the public and private sectors.

Atty. Bustos earned his business degree from the University of the Philippines - College of Business Administration, where he also served as a faculty member. He obtained his law degree from the University of the Philippines - College of Law, where he currently teaches taxation, partnership, agency and succession. He completed the Digital Law International Summer Program at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and holds a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Fiscal Administration from the University of the Philippines - National College of Public Administration and Governance.

An in-demand speaker, Atty. Bustos delivers lectures to various type of audience and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) sessions to fellow lawyers on taxation, securities, investments, Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain.
